Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will give you complete control over your email accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a new email account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward emails from one e-mail account to another, activate e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your electronic mail accounts against junk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming mails based on certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your mail accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Simply specify the email account you would like to forward mail messages from, then select the target mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
